You’ll be part of our Fulfillment Team and will work closely with Coordinators, Customer Service Advocates and the Fulfillment Team Supervisor on bringing excellence and quality service.
You’ll be responsible for monitoring and fulfilling orders based on the requests for customization such as pre made comments to be added to their videos, tracks, accounts or channels, changing URLS on subscriptions at any given period of the time should the customer wishes to do so. Take into consideration adding gradual drip of the numbers accordingly.
You will also be responsible in providing cheat sheets on how the social media service works prior getting on board. Such is, very crucial in identifiying what the service is for, its buttons, and other functionalities of a specific social media platform.
Improving service quality and customer satisfaction at each order will be your North Star.
